The Skriker is a play written by Caryl Churchill, produced/directed/performed by myself, Aziza Afzal, Sophie Cameron, Meg Lebow, and Clare Lefebure. It tells of an ancient monster by the same name, a shapeshifter who feeds off the energy of two destitute teenage girls in modern day Britain. The language of Churchill's darkly feminist play is like nothing else you've heard. The Skriker has learned English from listening to eons of human dreams and nightmares.

This performance was largely rehearsed over video chat from 4 different states in 3 different time zones.
