May 2019 - present / Interview Facilitator & Oral Histories Coordinator, FORCE: Upsetting Rape Culture & StoryCorps

Completed StoryCorps Mobile Tour’s 2019 training, Story Project Workshop. Facilitated StoryCorps interviews at The Monument Quilt on the National Mall May 31-June 2 and created a database of those stories. Collaborating with other facilitators to edit interview excerpts into a radio piece.

September 2017 - present / Lead Media Instructor, Wide Angle Youth Media

Facilitate photo, video, and audio workshops for Baltimore youth, organize their artwork, and run outreach tables at community events throughout Baltimore. Currently collaborating with UMD's Capital News Service and Wide Angle Youth Media high school students to create a multimedia journalism package that covers the effect of climate change on health in low-income communities in Baltimore.

September 2014 - present / Founding Member, Call Your Mom

Call Your Mom is a multimedia performance collective founded in 2014 and currently based in Baltimore, MD. Major projects include Call Your Mom (2014), THIS CLOSE (2016), Household (2017), Too Day (2018), and Say You’re Sorry (2019-2020).

August 2018 - present / Audio Technician, Freelance

Record audio of interviews, events, and classes for a documentary about Baltimore Corps.

September 2018 - present / Production Assistant, Freelance

Responsibilities include note taking, organizing talent, and setting up equipment.

September 2017 - January 2018 / Video Producer, Improbable Comedy

Developed a video template to showcase short clips of comedy sets, shot and edited the videos for a season of shows.

September 2016 - May 2017 / Marketing Assistant, Penny Stamps School of Art & Design

Responsibilities included producing weekly emails about advising and career opportunity updates and publicizing the Penny Stamps Distinguished Speaker Series.

April 2017 / Workshop Facilitator, Onward: A Student Power Summit

Facilitated a workshop about empowerment through embodied performance.

May - September 2016 / Oral History Archivist, Life Histories of Hamtramck

Conducted and edited audio interviews that document the lives of senior citizens in Hamtramck, MI. The program culminated in an online database and a free, public listening event.

March 2015 - May 2016 / Social Media Manager, Penny W. Stamps School of Art & Design

Managed the school’s Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, and Instagram accounts.

January - April 2016 / Workshop Facilitator, Detroit Community High School

Worked one-on-one with a Detroit high school student, teaching storytelling, audio recording, and editing techniques. At the end of the semester, we worked together to produce her story.

June - December 2015 / Co-Director, Designer, Actor, Producer, The Skriker

This crowdfunded production was performed in Silver Spring, MD.

June 2014 / Graphic Design Intern, Brooklyn Arts Exchange

Worked closely with the Marketing & Communications Director over the course of a month to design the annual promotional brochure that was distributed with the program for every BAX production that year.

December 2013 - August 2014 / Workshop Facilitator, Prison Creative Arts Project

Facilitated a theater workshop with inmates at Parnall Correctional Facility and traveled to Universidade Federal de Estado do Rio de Janeiro to learn about similar programs.
